Isabella Russo
CEO & Co-Founder
Former operations manager for a 6-location New York fast-casual chain. Isabella identified the prep list problem firsthand and built the Google Sheets prototype that became Prepcadence. She leads product strategy and operator partnerships.
Darnell Hughes
CTO & Co-Founder
Previously led backend infrastructure at Toast, where he built the team that scaled POS API integrations to thousands of restaurant locations. Darnell owns platform architecture and the POS integration layer at Prepcadence.
Wei-Lin Chiang
Head of Product
Shipped kitchen-facing tools at Olo before joining Prepcadence as one of the first employees. Wei-Lin leads product design and the kitchen lead interface, with particular focus on making the checklist experience fast and low-friction in real kitchen conditions.
Tomas Ferreiro
Head of Engineering
Built production scheduling and compliance systems for food manufacturing before moving into restaurant tech. Tomas leads the forecast modeling engine and the waste tracking pipeline, the two systems that determine how accurate Prepcadence gets over time.
